While I was away, cHubby made friends with the couple that was mad at us. I think that he was asking for an apology, but I don't know if he got one. It was nice that when I returned from my trip that we could get back together in a group and have dinner.

cHubby and I got back from what I would consider the best vacation of my life. Grant, getting married in Fiji was amazing, but this was the ultimate getaway. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is amazing how things just work out for cHubby. When we were looking at places to go for our 5 year anniversary vacation I wanted to go to Qualia (it has golf for cHubby) and he wanted to go to Lizard Island. Well it turns out that the cyclone hit Hamilton Island (where Qualia is) and the weather in Lizard Island was perfect. I spent time laying on the beach. Lizard Island had everything, but we went in with lowered expectations because of the reviews from Trip Advisor. Some of the reviews were spot on, but the service doesn't compare to the service we've had in Asia. It sounds a little arrogant of me to say that we expect 5 star service, but Lizard Island was really expensive. We have never been to a resort like it before. We also told them that it was our honeymoon so we ended up with an upgrade and people were exceptionally nice to us. Our dives were amazing. I think cHubby had the time of his life. Surprisingly we didn't argue at all during the trip. We have an amazing video and the memories to last a lifetime.
